Refund policy


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hhappyykids@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email us and we will assist you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You decided to cancel your order: If the order hasn’t been shipped out yet, we can cancel the order and issue you a refund with no penalty. If you do not cancel the order until after it has already been shipped, your situation will be handled according to situation 5 below.
You received the product but the product is not working correctly, is missing parts, or is visibly damaged or deformed: If the item isn’t working correctly, and it does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, (If the item is damaged or defective due to shipping damages, please see situation 3 directly below.) If you decide to not have the item replaced. due to but not limited to you no longer wanting the damaged-missing parts- not working correctly item, or the item being on backorder, you will get a full refund (you may need to upload videos or photos of damaged items). If we are unable to provide you a replacement due to the product being discontinued or because you desire, you will be provided with a full or partial refund depending on item situation.
You received an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping: If a package appears to have been damaged during shipping, the item is oftentimes still okay. If the packaging for your item appears to be damaged, be sure to keep all the original packaging until you’ve determined whether or not a shipping insurance claim needs to be submitted. If any of the original packagings is thrown away, we cannot file a shipping insurance claim. Discarding shipping materials or box contents waves your right to get your product replaced or repaired. Before contacting us, please test the item’s functionality. If everything works okay, there is no reason to contact us or file a shipping damage claim. If your product is not working correctly due to the damages that occurred during shipping and you have kept the original shipping materials, please contact us so that we will send you a shipping label to return items to our warehouse. Once we have confirmed that you still have the original shipping materials and that the item was damaged during shipping, and after the item officially arrived at us, you will get a full refund.
You’ve received the product but you’ve decided you want to return it: If you receive an item and decide to return it, you can do so if and only if all of the following requirements are met:
The item must be unopened, unused, and still in the original packaging.
You must contact us to notify us that you’d like to return the item within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.
You MUST contact us to get our warehouse address to return the item.
If you return an item without all three of the above requirements being met, the item will be refused and come back to you and no refund will be issued. If you meet all three of the above requirements, your refund will be issued in one of the following two manners:

You can receive the full amount you originally paid for the returned item as a store credit,
You can get a replacement product and a discount for your next 3 purchases.
In either case, you are responsible for return shipping charges to return the product to us.

You refuse the delivery of your order, and it comes back to us: If you refuse an item and it comes back to us, You will be demanded to pay shipping again . Thanks for your understanding.
